QEC appointed Ms. Mireille Fontaine as a member to  board of directers, June 09/2020 .

Check Ms Fontaine' credentials & experience, she may be a great asset in negotiating with the Quebec Oil / Gas Ministry (, being a Quebec'r herself ) .
