Quebec government had invited us and others to invest in order to explore and extract Quebec's oil and gas resources.
 

Questerre acted in good faith, found local and foreign investors and respected all of Quebec's regulatory requirements..

Then , boom , the asset and its future revenues declared null and void for no other reason than the fake Green Climate Scam.

A decision that was illegal in every respect .

Cost recovery plus interest , legal costs, lost revenues and other charges of a financial import .


The Quebec Govt does not have a legal leg to stand on.

Questerre can develop / add to its energy assets with such a cash infusion......that's where the big investment return for shareholders like me are involved .

So, I see at least $1 per share in the short term..

The share price of QEC will never be one dollar again and if you think Binnion/Sohpie will let it get above that price you are sorely mistaken. No Need to Sell. Qec will get permission to produce. Anything else makes no sense.

The gov't will fight the lawsuit in court indefinitely, meanwhile "natural declines" of reservoirs will continue with Binnion doing a massive PP once there is tiny progress made in the courtroom.
