Questions About PHM

Questions About PHMPHM is rolling up home monitoring companies by offering cash and/or PHM shares to buy out small players and pay the previous owner/management a salary to keep running that business. I suspect the Board and Executive members of PHM are also receiving shares / options in PHM stock as part of their compensation packages. The hope is that "cross-selling" among the various acquired entities will super-charge revenue and the resulting EPS. What I'm wondering is: what does their fully diluted EPS, price-to-cash flow, and return on equity look like right now? What will it look like in 3-6-12 months' time? If they are not profitable right now, when will they be - in other words, when will the earnings catch up to all the shares flying out the door...?
