RE:RE:RE:A sign of Sell in May?I respect your opinion Duck, but after listening to CC last night i think we might start to get legs near term. Analysts were asking specific questions for specific reasons trying to get a feel for targets for modeling 2016 numbers. Dalsin is usually very conservative in numbers and was questioned about the change in profitability with the new acquisition and seemed comfortable with 25% ebitda. We all know the depth of the pipeline and potential large fish close to the hook too. The cash position after this last deal was 50 million and Dalsin was questioned about how much debt he was willing to take as well. My guess is as we speak there are guys crunching numbers trying to come up with a reasonable exit rate attainable for 2016 and that exit rate will be somewhere between 350-400 million given the strength of the cash position, cash flow, pipeline and debt that should be available. I expect we'll see some hefty upgrades near term after the deal closes on Monday and some heavy promotion by all the analysts involved and all the funds that bought in. There's no better company with no brighter future right now, the game has just begun.
