RE:RE:the acquired company double their revenue in a year

RE:RE:the acquired company double their revenue in a yearThe loi target doubled sales to 40 million and is expected to exit this year at 55-60 million.  They are taking stock on lock up even though they were offered much more on a cash deal because they feel they will get much more out of their business by entering it into Phm's infrastructure and monetizing their database than simply taking cash.  Cash offers were 10 x ebitda and Phm's offer was about 7 from what i remember.  They were willing to take 30% less for a reason, and that reason is there's alot more upside in getting the upside of their 100,000 patient database.
