Dalsin

DalsinDalsin's MO has been to underpromise and over deliver.  He started out with guidance of a 100 million exit run rate and a few months later he upped it to 175 million.  He started off with 70,000 patients in the database at the beginning of the the year and should exit with over 300,000 yet he's factoring minimal organic growth.  Reading between the lines there's a reason he said we'll getting to Nasdaq sooner than people expect.  Taking on a database that size is a huge job, but knowing they pre-scanned it tells me they should be allowing at least something for it.
