The CEO himself said that they've basically just scratched the surface of the market (their database is ~350k patients of a potential 5.8m) and there are many term sheets floating around. All signs point to more acquisitions and a continuation of the organic growth.
I still think we may see around $1.70 at the end of the week/early next week but maybe all of the smart money got in at under $1.50 and we're range bound until further news (e.g. LOI closure).
Doesn't really matter to me as my time horizon is at least 1-2 years. The only way I'm selling sooner is if the story changes. Who knows, maybe I'll even save some for my grandkids (assuming company doesn't get bought out).
