I believe Dalsin said that they will fund as many future deals as possible with debt. IIRC, the sellers involved in the recent LOI wanted to see them raise cash via a stock offering.

Hopefully that doesn't become the norm, as investors seem to loathe dilution. While I'm apt to agree with him, I have my doubts that Dalsin's positive spin on dilution (as discussed in ?most? recent Midas interview) would alleviate this prejudice. Seeing as sentiment can be such a powerful driver of SP, I'm overall satisfied with his plan.


Disclosure: still long with a multi-year timeframe.
