Simplistic view?Call this a simplistic view, but if I were the CEO of a company or a large stakeholder (non-executive position), I would want to see the company do very well. The new management has been in place for less than a month, and they may have naively held a CC to show their faces and ensure investors D&G were still invested and committed to PHM's success. The 50% growth speaks for itself. D&G may have start a deal with Colorado and then new management stepped in and said, "No more cash and stock deals." That has probably caused significant back and forth, but not closing may be in the stockholders' best interest. Part of this volatility is part of a venture as it matures. The company is on the right track. There is a mix of novice and expert investors on this site. I lost money big time when I was a novice investor while in panic selling mode. This stock price will do well. I look forward to August's quarterly report.
