It was obvious that he would make Cxv top pick since he is underwater.. Dalsin should have learned not to involve with newsletter writers ever again. I think Dalsin needs to be out of picture and Hoyt to be face of company.. Let's forget about Dalsin coming to Toronto, I rather see Hoyt and his team do road show and marketing for PHM..

I wanna go long again here but need Hoyt to show sign of life and leadership..
