RE:RE:Here is why Investors sell
Good points.. I know which one you are talking about.. There is no single succes story by pumping a company on social media.. if one has steady growing story I like to know.. Yes, Michael Dalsin is promoter and banker so he wants to make money and just move, which I am ok with it. and I think he was fooled by a lot of pumpers too, he didn't seem so greedy or cheesy at Bloomburton conference to be honest. May be I am wrong..
Here is why that stock had steady grow and amazing share appreciation, tight share structure, good investor based that understands CEOs can sell on open market moderately and they won't dump their shares.. Look at RX.V performance and how CEO sold time to time on open market, I bought RX.V at $4 and $6 and had no hard feeling CEO sellling on open market.. I sold my position but not at year high unfortunately.. RX.V also biggest winner of venture last 3 years..
So, lets get back to PHM and Hoyt, if I see he is selling some shares slowly time to time on open market I won't have any problem.. However if I see him on a webinar like Dalsin I will dump all at whatever cost.. As someone mentioned today, It is embarressing that Fabrice telling Dalsin to come Toronto and explain himself to who? Reallly explain to who? Who is Fabrice? what does he hold, %0.1 of company?
I am hopeful of new CEO.. Lets hope he gets job done and I will be happy with %20 to 100 returns..and I hope he makes money too with us along the way..
