RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:what happened to the share buyback?

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:what happened to the share buyback?Management should absolutely have exercised the buyback option this year.  They could have done it this year for less than the multiple paid for Patient Aids.  I asked IR about this and they replied with

"In regards to the share buyback, management believes they will be able to create more shareholder value through utilizing the cash they have on hand to build the business organically and increase revenues from their existing businesses."

I
don't  believe they can utilize the 10s of millions in cash on hand through organic growth alone, especially since they're positively cash flowing.  Their surge expense quarter was only an extra $4M.  I'm hoping they have a good acquistion in the works including geographic expansion.  Luckily, this is a business that a monkey could run (due to favourable macros) and so even if they leave a pile of cash doing nothing, this will still perform better than most of the stocks out there today over 1, 3, 5, 10 yrs.

Someone else asked IR about the uplisting and they replied that they are waiting on audited year-end numbers, which are to be released by end of January.
