RE:RE:RE:dilutionwhat makes a sense ?  Wait for next finacials ? that will not change the number of shares they are planning to issue. But for sure they are in big problems with one or more of their services with the figures. So I m likely with your intention they are looking for a possibillity of selling the undrperforming one, which indeed could be the 30% one later. May be they just want to lure actual shareholders into this deal.A first simple  calculation on that basis :  75million Market Cap = 30%  22,5 million with 375 million shares at first step  ( StockPrice than  .06 ). But what happens if that part of the former company beeing in problems with huge negative  EBiT. Next problem please .....
