RE:RE:RE:Just a difference of opinionVery interesting scenario you offer here about VMD taking out PTQ. They certainly have the market cap, the ability to finance such a tranaction and relationships between both managements to do so. Some may argue why? I say why not?
Nearly everybody agrees that PTQ is grossly undervalued. At least 4 fund managers or analysts that I know of and probably a lot more think so. Now would be the best time to do it as the price of PTQ is ridiculously cheap (in the words of Paul Beatty). Maybe that was the plan from the beginning? Bruce Campbell is sure loaded up on PTQ as is Paul Beatty.
The future looks extremely bright for USA based healthcare stocks and imagine the excitement this kind of buyout would bring to a Nasdaq and TSX trading stock like Viamed. Basically doubling their revenue overnight.
All the heavy lifting has been done by Protech management cleaning up the past damage created by Dalsin and Greene. After all Viamed management really were set up very well from the spinoff and they would just be returning the favour? The spinoff was a cooperative and smooth joint effort as this also could be.
