I've heard the same arguement for 3+ years now.. "a buyout target" meanwhile the stock has gone no where aside from a few swings for the short term traders..
I've heard this many times "anyone investing with a buyout in mind strategy" should not be investing as that's not really a solid strategy..
The market is telling us what Quipt is worth and its certainly NOT double digits.. :-/
