RE:RE:RE:New Press Release - Quipt Home Medical Announces Voting Results from Its Annual General and Special Meeting of ShareholdersAs far as timng goes, I've been voting against the compensation elements of AGM's for most of my companies for years. It's scandalous. Not saying I have a solution, because a company has to make their positions attractive to quality hires. However, boards are significantly to blame for rubber stamping the absurdities that have led to this grotesque salary inflation. And, that the institutional owners who have the power to stop it don't rise in protest is an indication that there are a lot of piggies who enjoy the pickings at the trough.

A sale of the company saves those large duplicate costs and exec salaries are no longer an issue. Do we hear that $ 7.30 figure ,for a sale that I heard and posted on ??.--(2) If the executive salaries are such a devisive area as shown by the recent vote , why were they not a concern a year and a half ago ,when the shares were trading in the $8- $9 area ??.------- Seems to me a bit of a dose of spilled milk and sour grapes.--- This company can't make money and is not guiding to make money for 2 years, and the program the company has put forward has not changed. Why be pis y with the salaries now,the bagholders could have sold last June at $ 7.50 when I posted such.
