RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:New Press Release - Quipt Home Medical Announces Voting Results from Its Annual General and Special Meeting of ShareholdersProblem here is two fold. (1) I agree somwhat with Logger Boy. If a management of a company can get X amount of dollars,and compensation , all above board,why not go for it ,and put the scenario forward. It did not seem to be an issue with bagholders when the share price was $9. --(2) Where were the bagholders in past years,voting on a company incentive package based of a formula of corporate profits , and yearly share price ?. Everyone was happy, shares were at $9.---- QIPT has not made money for a long time , and will not for a long while going forward. Share price has been in general decline for a long time. --Why now bring a compensation package to the forfront ? , why does one not observe a situation that should ? / could have been addressed a year or so ago ??.-------- Very attractive income and benefit packages/ no money being made/share price at $ 5.90. A complete dis-connect. --Once the company is sold for $ 7.35 , all will be good.--So from the perspective of a possible $ 5.90- $ 7.35 trade, all is looking good. I'll have to think about it .
