Maybe that transformational acquisition is in the table.  Could it be California?  Both a $60M and $26M sale price on the board in that state.  One appears to be about 6-7x EBITDA.

Trademark wrote "SO......IS QUIPT RAISING MONEY (?)" I would not read too much onto another analyst covering Quipt. They all have an agenda and work for firms that either sell a bought deal or buy into a bought deal. it means nothing, other than thery hope to make some money down the road. a money raise is awhile off yet and the new analyst means nothing  about a move the needle
