I predict an acquisition effective Jan. 1st that puts them easily into the run rate $180M USD+ category.   This is probably why the silence at year end.  It's also probably something long in the works that was more ideal to close in 2023 to benefit either seller or QIPT.  This would also align with the repeated statements that they felt the run rate targets were still achievable ...more

I suspect this will be something more than a tuck in. Little deals are done quickly bigger ones take time. Transformational?
