See what I mean?? Conspiracy theories. Management is not out to screw anybody. Why would they want to screw their shareholders??  They're being accountable to shareholders by growing this company in a good way. And dilution, we dont have any shares to begin with. Tiny float.

Oh yes cast that doubt out there that a 15% discount must be a desperate act. That 15% discount will look like peanuts in the grand scheme of things. No worries. Lets wait for the next couple Qs coming soon and see how that latest acquisition is shaking things up.

If you're talking about the investment houses, maybe.  It's the sheety game they play but that is the game/muck in which they play.  And credit at this time is simply tight.  This discount is to be expected, as disappointing as the results may be in the short term.

To put this in a positive light the cash position and debt situation will improve in the coming Qs and there is more cash on hand to do the next aquisition. Regardless of how they allocate the new funds - 25 million USD will enhance the balance sheet and the income statement. I see this as a positive and of course I would have like it done at a higher price and on better terms. Obviuosly it couldn
