I can't believe this conversation regarding the split of PHM into QIPT and VMD..!

The day of the "split" the value of QIPT and VMD equaled the value of PHM pre-split.. all shareholders who owned PHM were awarded shares in the 2 new entities equal to the value of shares they had in PHM according to the agreed split.. so NO FREE shares were "given" to anyone.. the only thing that changed was the 1 for 10 VMD shares post split thus giving VMD a higher start value of shares only not the enterprise value.. 
I'm shocked Westcoast, for a person who says they have so much money invested and yet doesn't understand the basic breakdown of how these values were established.. that certainly sheds light on your prowess now..!!

Another version of the deal explained another way. I would like to see the original copy and refresh my memory. I had more original shares than I thought if this is the way it shook down and equated into my holdings now. And I do have the money invested in VMD and QIPT. Slightly more shares of VMD than QIPT. Lots of water under the bridge since then in other aspects of my business and I am trying to contact a couple of business counterparts that invested heavily here also and still are. Calm down. My PHM shares after averaging down were low .30 cents pre split. After consolidation with the 20 multiple they are 6 bucks as they show on my investment accts. My VMD shares show 2.40.

The financial guys were a firm that did our books and accounting and such. Both CFAs that could read financial statements blindfolded and are well versed on stocks etc. We still drink whiskey now and again and they bought large amounts of PHM as well. Still hold it and still approve of it. Best advice I've had in relation to PHM(VMD, QIPT). I certainly dont get it from some of the bashing

No I wasnt overseas. I was in Brazil for a year and my kid used the account and called some people some names and got it banned. I got a new phone when I got back and used a gmail acct and a new moniker. I eventually got SH to reinstate this handle I've had since 2014. As far as my holdings go, nothings changed(except the value of course) and wont change for some time because I'm not
