Not a game changer, but an aquistion never the less. It would be good to know what they paid and the cash balance remaining. Maybe the cash would have been better used to pay down the debt at 8% v return on assets of 5%? I assume based on historical prices they paid approx 9 million cash? We shall see I guess. GLTA
