Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think Ensemble can vote the 2 mil shares. 1) This from the Ensemble PR - "Ensemble Communications will receive consideration for the transaction of 2,000,000 Wi-LAN common shares upon closing which is expected on March 31, 2006" 2) This from the proxy - https://www.wi-lan.com/investor/downloads/2006_NoticeofMeeting.pdf In case the pdf paste doesn't work - the Record Date is March 10(shares purchased after that date don't qualify)
