The need and/or the desire for debate is only a vapor trail now.
Current bod and their puppet ceo has made their intended goal, and path to get there, clear to all of us.
They've had every opp. to debate with shareholders and get our input and support - but chose arrogance, indifference, and highly suspicious cloak and dagger tactics in their inept attempt to run this co.
I've never been so ashamed or embarrassed to own any stock as when listening to Dunbar and Hews on the last few cc's.
I couldn't believe what I was hearing, coming from the guys that were supposed to be professionals, and in charge of WIN's destiny.
Any kid in a grade 3 show and tell class could have done a better job.
It was more than obvious to me, that these clowns weren't trying not to reveal their game plan to us and the analysts calling in --- they just DIDN'T HAVE ONE!
I'm sure they threw darts at a board to determine that weeks game plan.
On a cc awhile ago, they kept avoiding Q's about future rev's, from us and analysts - so Dunbar said to watch the next results to see where we were headed.
The next results came out and showed significant improvement for newly formed IP Div and Engineering Services.
So what happens next? Another Garage Sale - we sell the IP Div.
Say what you want about Dick and his sometimes embarrassing and persistent buttonholing of mgmt on cc's, but I listened to him ask Dunbar countless times in succession why they weren't following the game plan Hatin had laid out for them prior to his leaving.
After countless attempts to downplay the issue and sweep it under the rug with repeated replies of - " we ARE following it" - Dick told him - " you're NOT following it if you're not doing it in Hatim's time frame".
Dunbar lost it from that point on and was furious. I've never heard anyone on a cc get so mad. I could feel the rage.
He was livid that someone had called him on his crap in front of an audience - and he knew that Dick was right!
The clock has run out for these guys.
Time for MUTINY.
