Bluetooth
Just to clarify a few things.
- Bluetooth has a data rate of 1 Mb/s
- It is intended for device cconnectivity in a "personal bubble" of 10 meters
- It in no way should be compared to Wireless
LAN, WOFDM, VOFDM , COFDM etc.
- The members of the original SIG and the newly
expanded SIG want to stress that it is NOT
a network replacement it a means by which to
exchange information between devices.
Don't worry about Bluetooth with respect to
companies like WiLan, Cisco etc.
