Nokia is what made me buyI used to own WIN many year ago during the dot-com melt down. WIN survived on its IPR but barely. However in the last few years they have strengthened their IPR, have a solid balance sheet and have signe don some very tough customers. That is, Nokia doesnt sign an IPR agreement unless they plan to use the technology AND the IPR is air tight and not worth a battle (look at what Nokia has done to tackle IDCC, QCOM etc). I starte buying when the deal with Nokia was signed. Once the markets start the 3rd leg of the bull market tht started in 2002 WIn will rise up significantly
