This was supposed to be the year of turnaround But now it is just a disaster. There is now an even longer road to recovery, and it doesn't help that the market has completely lost confidence in Jim and his team. Another Canadian tech stock debacle.
It is hard to determine the facts in what Jim and his team are saying anymore. I have given them the benefit of the doubt for a while now, but I simply don't trust anything they say anymore. Why suddenly has the Alcatel Lucent case taken such a negative turn all of a sudden? They hyped the positive claim construction so long that we thought this was a done deal (similar to the LG Appeal). And now they are conceding a number of things to Sony Ericson. Maybe they did have favoured status all along and Wilan misled us about this. Perhaps in the end Wilan is just a Troll.
$3.98 low on the Nasdaq today. Shameful.
