I read it and was pondering the same thing especially when I saw APPLE as being a supposed partner since the article states that MOST deny giving information, and not ALL have denied giving information. But this is pure speculation. As Kevin Oleary said who's funds are invested in IP liscensing companies he doesnt believe this will go anywhere because it would open a slippery slope for ALL Intellectual Property.
