Will be voting "Yes" Went thru the Sedar filing...pg by pg...nothing scares me after reading it thoroughly....everyday the brains of this operation leaves the building and comes back the next morning...all 64 of them or was that just 60?...Does not matter....it is brainpower that is powering us forward here...and for a few options I will gladly give them their due...but will expect to be rewarded by lots of ROE this yr to start.....so the mgmt will be exercising some options before June 5/14....We have a $400M mkt cap corp. being run by 64 or 60 people....and everybody justs see these individuals as a dollar sign??!
Give the team another 6 months....and see if we(WIN) are still trading at $3.40...then complain,again...I am not content with $3.40 that is for sure....but I believe Wi-Lan is worth more and believe they(WIN) will find a way to deliver increases in the shareprice.....which is why I am here.
The Company is changing operationally...which seems to be very favourable to all shareholders....in case nobody noticed the BOD has decided NOT to give the executives any 2014 options...because they did not meet some operational goals that are confidential in nature in 2013...everybody has their views here on mgmt.....I prefer to see the growth going forward...the past for me is gone/finish.
Today is a new day and the team has come to work...not like a truck that breaksdown on the hwy or a pipeline spill or a food recall.....What price can you put on somebody's brainpower....which leaves the building every single night! GLTA
