Once we get past the US legislative nonsense, Wilan will still be around with 10K+ patents, dozens of patent families, and strategic relationships with extremely large companies who should get compensation for the investment in IP. Wilan has positioned itself to be treated not as a troll, but as a legitimate company that will help inventors big and small get compensation for their patents.
