You don't need a CEO to run a company. The president can fill that role without breaking a sweat.
Skippen can leave anytime but he wants to stick around to get credit for the Apple 802 appeal settlement IMO. And that decision is due any day now.
As for the Q3 results, I'm not expecting any fireworks. It's going to be the Apple news that will get the ball rolling.
