RE:Dumb QuestionI recall poster fishtail saying that it could take up to 4 months after the oral arguments for the ruling. If that's true then we should expect an announcement in the next couple of weeks, as the oral arguments were made on August 4. So it may be worth holding a bit longer to see what happens with that case.
I have a sneaky suspicion that, based on the million+ shares being traded almost daily now, that insiders and the privaledged few who are in-the-know are loading up on stock at these artificially-low prices as they know what's about to go down. And as usual us clones are being kept in the dark so as to profit off of.
I usually don't subscribe to janspab's opinions but this time I believe he may be right. What a turn-around this would become on a WIN against Apple. The news-wires would portray it as a modern day David & Goliath story.
Like I said before I believe a decision has already been made in this case. It's just a matter of making the announcement.
