Back to the mian point, they should just delist QTRH and pay out its shareholders. If you are not working to build up the stockprice then remove your company from the market. Very simple.

Perhaps you should message rosmorduc to ask him to add it to business plan he sent to QTRH. He appears to have a direct channel to the BOD ;)
