Spicy, no throwing in the towel. However the strategy as outlined yesterday says that qtrh, thru IRD, is a ITS space company. It will pursue acquisitions in the outlined sub spaces. Those acquisitions will require financing. The Wilan sub is one source. Traditionally, Wilan's funds come from licensing, which requires allocation of capital to "feed the beast" on an ongoing basis. Another source of funding for ITS could be a divestiture. Hence my pov that Wilan is no longer a core part of the qtrh strategic plan. As long as the cost of funds remains attractive, the ITS business will continue to do business at the Bank of Wilan.
