Shak, regarding Dave Mason's reply:

I don't think he is right on revenue recognition if the license is a running royalty.  Did you ask hiom if teh lecense was a runiing royalty of fixed payments deal?  It seems that if the license is $XX/unit and you don't know the number of units, you have nothing to recognize up front.

Are there any financial folks here that can help with this?
