RE:RE:only willful patent infringement claimsMy understanding is willful infringement has been waved for the iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone SE, iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. But wilful infringement is still on the negotiation table for iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone X, iPhone XR, iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11 Pro Max, iPhone SE (2020), iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro Max as these other models have not been addressed. (Any phones that still has the 4G LTE patents WiLAN has rights to go after them.) I would like to see WiLAN ask the courts for a reversal to have the wilful infringment waved on iPhone6...7Plus.
