Cabbiejbj-It is well known in financial markets it wise to buy when stocks rise in value for which general public not aware.   Buy on speculation and sell on news.  When news comes out stock price generally has increase built in and when news issued stock drops in price.  Sell on news.This is generally the case with exception of  large unexpected news.   If acquistion made I expect to rise prior to official annoncement?

That generally explains why Quarterhill drops on small news like IRF.   IRD appears to be performing at very good levels and appears excellent investment.
