He did not cancel ALL The Currency.

This is a bit old news. The paper $1 and $2 bills have been pretty much replace with the coins for years now.

$100, $500 and $1000 bills were being discontinued because they are used extensively in criminal or under the table transactions. Can't remember when I last saw a $25.00 bill.

Double edged sword. I like the anonymity of cash, but with the amount of laundering and crime proceeds using cash, I understand the desire to limit their options.

In any matter, probably just a matter of time before it's all digital anyways.
