RE:RE:RE:RE:Sentiment, fear and emotion Barney, my guess is that we'll have a CAFC ruling in the Apple case by October 2021 which is only seven months away. A favorable ruling for Quarterhill just about guarantees that Apple will pay. An Apple appeal to the Supreme Court would delay payment by up to another 6 months but it's highly unlikely the Supreme Court would hear the case because the Apple case does not have any unique elements.
I've added to my position over the last few years. I'm not going to risk being out of the stock in the event a favorable Apple ruling or settlement comes sooner than I expect.
