Interesting. I doubt they would take this step unless they were pretty confident that more (and bigger) acquisitions are coming in Europe. I don't think it would make any sense to have this person just look after Sensor Line and VDS.

I would have thought the next acquisition would come first but I can see where they might want to get the search process going right away. It could certainly take a while.
