RE: Is Wi-Lan a good investment

RE: Is Wi-Lan a good investment"If you've gotta ask, you can't afford it." In this case, we aren't talking money, rather nerve. Apart from the obvious biases each poster holds on the stock, you have no idea who is talking to you (except for that GPSPAT nut a while ago, but he's gone). Thus, no matter what answer you got, it is suspect at best. I mean, who would take the advise of a well read 15 year old kid for their portfolio structure? Or a psychotic on drugs? Figure out the answer for yourself and ask what your tolerance to risk is. This stock has a lot of potential, but no where near the revenue or profits to support it's current market cap. Consider it a lottery ticket with much better odds of a much lower payout and I think you'll have a good basis to start the decision making process. Wireless is continuing to flourish. The last poster asked what if W-OFDM does not become the standard, but the flip side is what if it does. If you wait until the company isn't a risk, you'll pay too much to see the kind of return most who are here are looking to obtain (5 x plus in 5 years in my case, or loss of 75% of investment). Good luck.
