No one (rightly) is selling.  

Patient accumulation was trying under the 200 DMA.  It is very hard to accumulate a position after news is announced.  

For instance, if you wanted to buy 100k shares you'd have to pay 2.62 to clear the trade.  Really not a lot of volume available.

Now above 10/50/200 DMA.  Let the fun begin.
