Am I missing something important.  We have 2 separate comapnies as of today.

Quarterhill has done  what board members are talking about.

Quarterhill has formed Formed  Quarterhill  ITS inc.   Which is what everybody talking about now.

I presume all of IRD, tuck ins other ITS assets including ETC will be or are in separate company.

As ITS  assets in separate Corporate entity, we  can value of  QTRH ITS INC &  by investment comunity on separate basis using EPIDA.  Even if Wilan given zero ,It doe snot change value QTRH ITS INC and therefore not a negative to QTRH ITS INC,.

We currently have 2 separate companies so I don'tunderstand comments re 2 separate companies.
