2. Resolution of Apple in 1H/22

3. Deploying cash into ITS businesses and assets.

Believes that the sale of WiLan will enable the company to re-rate to 12-15X multiple and provide liquidity to achieve M&A goals. Says that the magnitude of the ITS acquisition will be highlighted in Q4 financials with ITS representing 80% of revenue.
