When $2 fails just watch the stop limit orders get triggered.  

And you better review the few institutions that are invested and if they can invest in a stock that is under $2.
They have about 10 million shares.  

Remeber what happened to QTRH when they were dumped by Blackrock after they were ejected from the dividend aristocrat index?
