That's not very nice Whaler.

I remember the Mosaid BullBoard when they announced the financial details of the Samsung agreement.

Huge #'s, Big company and the stock crumbled 20% on the day and 30% down on the week.  Every long - including me at the time - was pulling his hair out.

Wouldnt that be the final kick in the nuts for longs here.

What is the next catalyst here?  If someone were short or considering short there is now no major catalyst to worry about for the next 6 months.

Now the risk for longs is depleting the cash and overpaying for an ITS asset in the face of a downturn.  Or further dilution with a big acquisition.  As achieving the $400M acquisition target requires another $150M of cash assuming that the company needs $50M of working capital to run a more capital intensive business vs. Licensing.  That is a further 30-50% dilution depending on how it is structured.

Transformations from one industry into another are untimely, expensive, bumpy and usually quite dilutive.

If you are lucky this morning, take your money and run.
