Quarterhill is so pathetic that even algo's have stopped trading it.  Shorts don't even bother.  And the longs don't dare buy the dip.  

So you have a $2.25 stock because the apathy has hit new extremes.  People truly just don't even care about this company anymore.  

30k shares traded in a massive volume day.
