Don't you all wish you listened to me and sold prior to the Apple court loss was made public.  I gave you all a 2 hour advance notice.  Cactus, WiLander took advantage.  Why did you listen to Cabbie with his rose coloured glasses instead?

$2.70 a share vs. $1.38 is the result.

This company had the biggest cash infusion in its company history.  And then the company blew it all in the same year + more.  And are now in a worse position due to debt problems, poor execution and management turnover.  And the debt problems are very serious and the company is on the edge.  They have one or two quarters to stop hemorrhaging cash or HSBC won't amend its terms anymore.  They've amended them 3 times.

How can anyone trust this company to turn it around.  The architects of this disaster are not going to remain on the Board.  And Gillberry is not seeking re-election.

Why?  Because there is no hope.

Do a side x side comparison and read all the new risk disclosures in the Annual information form.  Scary stuff.
