RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ETC press release

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ETC press releaseWanttoknowwhy, I don't know why this is such a big deal, but I've asked QTRH and will let the board know.

The important situation to focus on is that when the E-ZPass hub (IAG) is complete later this year that the I/O Hubs will be defacto national, accomodating all states east of the Rockies that have tolling programs.  If Colorado wishes to be part of that initiative, I'm pretty sure they would be welcomed.  Since ETC has the contract to develop the Colorado system, and if Hub interoperability was part of the scope of the award, it will be done likely by year end; if it was not part of the scope, and Colorado still wishes to provide that service to toll users in Colorado, it would be a change order and ETC would work to that deliverable.

I fail to see ANY upside to Colorado in not joining the Hub initiative that ETC is developing.

Am I missing something wanttoknowwhy?
