PhilipsFrom the sounds of things, Wilan is working with Philips in a friendly matter in respect to collecting royalty payments. If the process continues on for another quarter or so without a signed agreeement, I feel Wilan will have to give Philips the "lawsuit" threat. Sometimes that's the only thing that motivates some people.
Phillips has been put on notice with the Redline settlement.
It's also my observation that the courts are being more aggressive against companies that infringe on patents.
